Postidal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent or abusive activities.

4. Product Listings and Availability

Postidal strives to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product listings are error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or refuse any order placed under incorrect information.

5. Orders, Payments, and Billing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment gateways integrated into our platform. 6. Shipping and Delivery

Postidal offers both domestic and international shipping through our Postidal Pick & Delivery Services. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier, and item availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or carrier issues.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Rewards Program

Our Postidal Rewards Program allows users to earn and redeem points for purchases, referrals, and promotions. Terms of the program are subject to change and may vary by region. Points hold no cash value and expire as indicated in your account dashboard.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Postidal—including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and software—is the property of Postidal Inc. or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission from Postidal.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to violate any laws or regulations, post or transmit false, misleading, or harmful content, interfere with the security or functionality of our platform, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services. Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of your account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postidal Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Postidal’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Postidal in the last six (6) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Postidal Inc., its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York County, New York.

14. Termination

Postidal may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
