At Postidal, we want you to shop with confidence. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a simple and transparent return process. This Return Policy explains how you can return items or request refunds for eligible purchases made through Postidal.

Return Period

Customers have up to 90 days from the date of delivery to return eligible products. After 90 days, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or credit.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or transaction details).

  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, beauty items, personal care products, or custom-made merchandise, are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return or Refund

All return or refund requests must be made through one of the following methods:

  2. Mobile App: Log in to your Postidal account and go to Orders → Request Return

  3. Website: Visit www.postidal.com and submit a request through the Return Center

Email requests are not accepted.

After submitting your request, our team will review and issue a Return Authorization (RA) with instructions on how to send your product back.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Postidal will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

  • If a refund delay occurs, check with your financial institution before contacting Postidal.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery via phone, mobile app, or website. We will replace it at no additional cost once approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital goods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable or consumable goods

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Postidal recommends using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
