Customers may return products and services if purchased no longer than 45 days. The product must be not used and in good condition. However, customers can still return a product if the product or item they received was defected. The same timeline applies for a defective product or items, it must be returned within 45 days from the day of purchase.
- Depreciation of products
Some products may not be reimbursed for its entire purchased amount, since we might depreciate by the time the product was in position of the buyer.
- Return shipping
In some occasions, the customer might be responsible for paying for their own shipping label to return the product (s) to our warehouse. In other instances, Postidal will pay for the customer’s return shipping label. It all will depend on the circumstances under which the customer would want to return their products: the reason or cause of the return.
